To partner with Faith Forward Housing, LLC, we ask that the property owner or management company can support the following: 

Flexible Lease Terms

We are open to negotiating lease terms that work for both parties, including long-term agreements (2+ years) that provide stability and consistent rental income. 

Subleasing Authorization

Our model operates under a master lease, and we sublease beds within the home. Therefore, we require written authorization to sublease the property. 

Optional Purchase Opportunities

If you are interested in selling, we can discuss non-traditional financing options such as:
